The 92nd Verboort Sausage & Kraut Festival returns Saturday, November 7th, 2026 — a one-day Dutch celebration in Verboort, Oregon.
Enjoy all-you-can-eat sausage and kraut, a Dutch-items marketplace, family bingo, a beer garden (21+), festival merchandise, and more. About 850 volunteers make this fundraiser for our Catholic community and school possible. Learn more on our history of the dinner page.

Pricing
Attending the festival is free. Dinner is served two ways at separate locations with separate lines: all-you-can-eat in the dining hall, or a single to-go meal from drive-thru and walk-up.
Not the same line
Drive-thru, walk-up, and the dining hall each have their own ticket line in a different part of the festival. Lines are not interchangeable — make sure you are in the right one before you wait. See the festival map for locations.
